It is important to note that there are times when flash animations can be an asset but it would be unwise to use "flash" to create an entire website or even entire pages of your website as search engines are not able to read the content of flash and therefore any words used in animations will not be indexed by the search engines.

8. Publicity. Any use of MetroCityCondo's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features ("Brand Features"), must be in compliance with this Agreement.

16. Refund and Cancellation Policy

For payment, MetroCityCondo accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. MetroCityCondo invoices exclusively via e-mail. MetroCityCondo does not send out invoices via postal services.

Premium and Feature Ads are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

Late Payment

All payments are needed to be paid before the due date of the service "ad/s". Failure to remit payment for services "ad/s" within 24 hours after due date shall result in automatic temporary suspension of the ad/s without any notice.

You will receive a payment reminder everyday from the start of your payment due date. If after 72 hours payment has not been received or we have not been contacted regarding payment, your ad/s will be terminated without any further notice.

Cancellation

You must use only one of following methods to deliver a official written notice of cancellation: Please send an official cancellation request through our email support@MetroCityCondo.com or personally to our office. On receipt your account will be pending cancellation within 24 hours. Please include your Name, Project Name, Contact No. and Email Address and your reason for canceling.
